Introduction
Yepic AI offers the opportunity to become an independent Affiliate, allowing you to earn money by selling Yepic AI products, services, and accounts. The commission for Affiliates is determined solely by Yepic AI and is detailed in this document. This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your application and participation in Yepic AI's Affiliate program. By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them.
Section 1 - Parties
- "Yepic AI" refers to Yepic AI Limited.
- "You" refers to the individual or entity entering this Agreement.
- Both Yepic AI and You are referred to as "Party" or collectively as "Parties."
- Notify Yepic AI within 24 hours of any changes to your business or account ownership at the designated email address.
Section 2 - Application
Section 3 - Consent to be contacted
- You consent to be contacted via email, social media, or phone about your application and the Affiliate program.
Section 4 - Compensation
- Approved Affiliates receive a unique ID for tracking sales and earning commissions.
- Commissions are 25% of the plan purchased by your referral within the first 12 months.
- Certain plans may be non-commissionable.
- Commissions are paid in USD or other available currencies, subject to processing fees.
- Minimum payout is £50.00 (GBP).
- Commission rates may change at any time.
- Non-commissionable behaviour includes fraudulent sales, paid traffic targeting Yepic AI's branded keywords, bot traffic, emailing unauthorised lists, etc.
Section 5 - Term and termination
- This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues month-to-month until terminated by either Party.
- Termination may occur for failure to comply with terms, violation of laws, or other breaches.
- Agreement terminates automatically if no commissions are earned over a 12-month period.
- Certain provisions survive termination.
Section 6 - Additional representations and warranties
- You warrant that there are no government investigations, inquiries, prosecutions, or private lawsuits against you related to intentional torts or consumer protection violations.
- Notify Yepic AI within 24 hours if such an investigation or lawsuit occurs.
Section 7 - Entire agreement
- This Agreement, along with Yepic AI's standard Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the Affiliate program.
