At Yepic AI, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This policy outlines our approach to anti-corruption compliance, business ethics, payment of commissions, gifts, and entertainment for customers and government officials.

2. Anti-Corruption Compliance

Yepic AI strictly prohibits any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical conduct in business dealings. This includes offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to influence business decisions. We comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and other relevant anti-bribery laws. Employees and representatives must not engage in corrupt practices when interacting with public officials or private entities. Any suspected violations must be reported immediately to our compliance officer.

3. Business Ethics

We uphold the highest standards of ethical business conduct: All transactions must be documented, transparent, and conducted in good faith. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed and managed appropriately. Confidential information must be safeguarded.4. Any employee, contractor, or partner who becomes aware of a violation of this policy must report it immediately to the compliance officer at compliance@yepic.ai.Yepic AI enforces this policy strictly and reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including termination and legal action, against those who violate these principles.
