To Our Lifetime Deal Community: Thank You, and Here's What's Next

I want to begin with a sincere thank you.
When we first launched Yepic AI, you were among the earliest believers in what we were building. Back then, before avatars were mainstream and before the flood of VC dollars into AI video, we were just a small team with a big vision — and your support helped us bring that vision to life.
Over the last year, you may have noticed the product becoming harder to access. The truth is, we’ve been through an incredibly tough period. Competitors raised hundreds of millions. Our infrastructure — built by a team no longer with us — buckled under the pressure. And without funding, we couldn’t keep everything running. We went from a team of 20 to just a handful.
But we didn’t give up.
Thanks to a few key enterprise deals and some support credits from Google Cloud, we’re rebuilding the platform. It's not the same platform as before — it’s better, leaner, and designed to scale.
What’s Changing
We want to be transparent about what we can and can’t do moving forward.
- LTD access is coming back — starting with Studio Express, and later, Studio Pro when it relaunches.
- No dedicated customer support — we simply don’t have the staff right now.
- Limited access to third-party APIs — services like Eleven Labs charge us for every voice preview and video render. We’ll include some usage credits so you can try these, but we can't offer unlimited access.
- No access to premium third-party models by default — they carry direct per-minute costs we can’t subsidize.
We’re no longer developing our own models — we’ll license best-in-class tools going forward. This lets us focus on delivering a stable, high-quality experience without burning resources reinventing the wheel.
Why It Matters
We spent over $1 million servicing the LTD community — while only generating $135,000 in actual revenue from it. It wasn’t sustainable, especially as cloud costs grew and new revenue didn't grow at the same rate.
But we still believe you can be part of our comeback.
How You Can Help
We’re launching a referral program to give LTD users the chance to earn access to premium features based on how many paying users they refer.

We will credit match every dollar spent by one of your referred customers.
This means if someone signs up to a $20 plan, you will receive $20 of credit to spend on the same plan.
If the user keeps spending $20 per month, you will keep receiving $20 of credit per month.
