CTA’s training team needed a practical way to produce professional learning content for a large and diverse workforce. The engagement moved through contract requirements, product updates, user acceptance, onboarding and continuing account support. CTA later extended the purchasing arrangement into 2025, providing the clearest evidence of an ongoing enterprise relationship.
