Traditional mock interviews are valuable but difficult to scale. They require trained interviewers, consistent evaluation and enough time to give every student a realistic conversation and useful feedback.
More than 100 students completed the experience during ATHKA. The reported post-experience survey showed 92% felt more confident — important because the project’s goal was behavioural: providing a safe, repeatable place to practise a high-pressure moment.
The pattern can be adapted for graduate recruitment, sales practice, manager training, language assessment and any scenario where organisations need consistent conversational rehearsal at scale.
