Designing for a summit-scale audience
The interaction had to compete with a visually intense event environment while still feeling immediate and useful. Instead of presenting the technology as a dashboard, Yepic made the agent physically unmissable and gave it practical knowledge of the summit.
Delegates could walk up and question the summit-aware agent directly in the exhibition environment.

The result
The installation created a strong visual anchor while demonstrating a serious enterprise capability: Yepic could combine low-latency rendering, knowledge retrieval, voice and live-event reliability in a public environment. Delegates could understand the proposition by speaking to it, not by reading a technical explanation.
